Typewriter Poetry
I love making typewriter poetry, whether from an already existing poem of mine or a completely custom work for you or someone special! I can do just plain typewriter poetry, or add artwork to the page! Did you know you can book me to do live typewriter poetry at your next event? Pop-Ups
Doing pop-ups at fairs, conventions, markets, and more is something I LOVE to do! I can do my full set-up with my books, journals, bookmarks, artwork, and typewriter, or I can do a simpler setup with only some of these offerings. Corporate Creative Sessions
No business can thrive without a good team! Your team is already pretty amazing, but what if they could be even more cohesive? What if they could communicate even better with each other, and with you? What if the work environment could become even healthier? That’s where I come in! Bring me in to do a creative session with your team, and we will all work together through poetry or art to identify the emotions that arise at work, get to know each other a bit better, learn how each person prefers to communicate and what lights their fire, and come away a healthier and happier team! Creative Kids Sessions
I offer virtual or in-person art lessons for young children, with the goal of emotional enrichment! Through these sessions, I work to help your child identify their emotions, learn how to communicate those feelings, and give tips on what to do with those emotions. When Dannika started virtual art lessons with my kiddo I expected she would come away with messy hands and a smile, and that was fine with me. I was blown away that it turned out she was steadily teaching my little girl how to recognize her emotions, and even more importantly, how to tell me about them. We’ve struggled with some bad behavior, and for the first time, my kid was able to tell me WHY. After that, the behavior started to change, just because we could talk about it. I think the fun would have been worth it enough, but this? Even better. I highly recommend these lessons to anyone with young kids!
